Must be proficient in drafting legal documents at the high level, including preparing for trial, briefs, agreements, discovery and motions. Texas Bar license, or the ability to obtain one quickly, is required.

About the Law Firm

The law firm handles matters concerning complex litigation, agreements, and property division; business law, personal injury trial law, wrongful death, products liability, toxic and environmental law. Additionally, business litigation, contract disputes, employment / wage litigation, non-compete agreements; and real estate, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. The Firm also has a robust Federal practice.

Your Role at the Firm – Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will research, draft, and review contracts, agreements, corporate legal documents, and litigation documents for the senior partners of the Firm. Court appearances are not required. Texas Bar license is required.
