Role Overview

In this role, you will work on complex commercial matters such as:

• Construction disputes
• Surety
• Bankruptcy
• Breach of contract
• Fraud
• Commercial Litigation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar and eligibility to practice in Texas
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
