Lakewood Ranch, Florida, law firm seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of relevant legal experience in Estates, Trust, Tax and Wealth Planning, and strong experience in drafting complex estate planning documents. Must be able to draft Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Charitable Trusts, GRAT’s, QPRT’s, Family Limited Partnership Agreements.

The qualified estate planning attorney must have an LL.M. in Taxation. Experience in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families, as well as experience with estate administration, business succession, charitable planning, and taxation issues. Also, some experience in reviewing estate, inheritance and gift tax returns.

The attorney must have outstanding writing, communications and interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Office hours are 9 am – 5 pm with a reasonable billable hours requirement of 1500/year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
