Bradenton-Sarasota area real estate agency is seeking a Branch Manager who is also a Florida licensed real estate associate. The agency is growing, and this is an expansion position. Must have experience managing a mid-sized to large real estate office juggling office management, people management, motivating and supporting agents, and sales.

Must be knowledgeable about the local area real estate market. The ideal candidate possesses the following:

Outgoing people person, positive, motivating, fast-paced.

Real Estate Sales ability.

Computer proficient.

A good base of real estate knowledge of the local area.

Agent Recruiting abilities.

A proven background managing a real estate office.

Business and people management experience.

Requirement:  Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate – current

Compensation

Base salary of approximately $60,000 – $63,000 DOE, plus overrides and health insurance benefits. Call or apply today.
