Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida law firm seeks an experienced Corporate/Estates associate attorney with 3-6 years of relevant experience. ABOUT THE POSITION
The corporate/estates attorney will advise clients in all aspects of business and corporate transactions, including entity selection, formation, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Additionally, representing clients in all areas of estate and elder law planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other ancillary documents such as powers of attorney, health care surrogates and living wills.
Corporate Law and Estate Planning Law experience in Florida is required. Trust Administration and Tax Law experience is a plus.
