Our client, one of Naples, Florida’s premier law firms, seeks a compassionate and experienced family law attorney for their expanding and thriving group. You will work closely with divorce clients to understand their needs, develop legal strategies, and represent their interests in court. The firm seeks a compassionate and caring family law attorney with relevant experience for this full-time role. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Responsibilities include

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of family law attorney experience in Florida
• Represent clients in all family law cases, including divorce, paternity, and adoption.
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

Requirements

The ideal attorney candidate must have at least five years of family law experience and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently are required.
