Walla Walla, Washington, law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience to join their team. The successful candidate has four or more years of family law experience in Washington state. Qualified trial attorneys with significant court experience, but without family law experience, will also be considered.

Qualifications

Significant court experience

Superior writing and legal research skills

Civil or commercial litigation experience considered

Four (4) or more years of family law attorney experience preferred

Litigation experience with a willingness and desire to learn family law

Ability to articulate well in court, write persuasive motions, and cite case law

Top-notch presentation skills, such as in court settings

Excellent billing and administrative organizational habits

Working knowledge of Clio legal software is a plus but not required

Firm leadership desire and potential

Washington State Bar License

Compensation is percentage-based.

Minimum billable hours of 1,500 annually, with incentives for overage
