Defense litigation law firm with multiple locations in Florida seeks an ambitious and motivated attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, general liability, insurance defense, personal injury or similar. Trial and court experience a plus. This attorney role is a full-time position based out of the Firm’s Panama City office (onsite).

The Insurance Defense Associate will work closely with the partners and senior associates, gaining unparalleled experience and mentorship in handling complex insurance defense matters. Responsibilities will encompass legal research, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, interviewing witnesses, participating in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in court proceedings and trial.

Qualifications – Insurance Defense Attorney

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and litigation experience
• Florida bar license in good standing
• 1 – 4 years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
