Business Growth Manager – Human Resources

An expanding law firm in Spokane, Washington seeks an experienced Business Growth Manager with Human Resources expertise to oversee company operations and establish the human resources department.

  • Law Firm Management experience preferred

What you will do

Supervise 15+ employees, including hiring, counseling, training and a regular and formal system of employee reviews; develop job descriptions/duties and update regularly as needed.

Ensure all employees are following polices & procedures.

Champion employee engagement, retention and development.

Continually improve processes and procedures for the best efficiency as the firm evolves.

Help the firm grow and expand by collaborating with the owner on the Business Plan.

Handle all hiring, onboarding, reviews, performance metrics and all other human resources functions.

Systemize all work flow processes.

Delegate effectively.

Demonstrate a fair and balanced leadership style with a drive to succeed in all areas of legal management.

Manage overall office operations, facilities, and oversee IT, marketing and phone and other vendors.

Utilize metrics, KPI’s and other measurements to gage firm growth strategies and employee progress.

Compensation package

Salary range depends on relevant background and experience level, including a minimum of four years of recent legal management experience within a law firm or accounting firm, as well as education, credentials, certifications, references, and proven qualifications.

An attractive benefits package is available that includes Retirement Plan and health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development. Membership in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) is supported.
