Litigation Attorney
Law firm is seeking to hire an experienced attorney to join their Litigation Practice Team in Naples, Florida. Their trial attorneys regularly appear in state, federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving, highly successful team of attorneys. The position title will be commensurate with background and experience.
We are seeking candidates with 10 or more years of experience in commercial litigation, with excellent research and writing abilities, and extensive experience arguing motions. Experience with construction defects is preferred.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated business development experience, which may include a portable book of business with growth potential; ability to manage files, supervise client contact and lead commercial cases; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills.
