Office Manager – Connecticut
Law firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut seeks highly organized and energetic Office Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve day-to-day operations. You will be the go-to person for all office-related responsibilities, including administrative support, facilities management, and team coordination, including conference centers, office services, relocations, and front desk operations.

Select Responsibilities – Law Office Manager
• Support administrative staff, including receptionists, executive assistants, and administrative assistants. Knowledge of human resources policies and supervisory experience needed.
• Manage front-desk operations, including overseeing reception duties, handling phone calls, and greeting visitors.
• Oversee general office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
• Coordinate office logistics including space planning, office moves, and equipment management.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage office budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for office services (cleaning, repairs, IT support, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications – Law Office Manager:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
• High School degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
