What you’ll need:

• Excellent drafting skills – expert writing is essential
• A desire to develop in the firm’s practice areas (Probate, Elder law, estate planning, trusts, nursing home planning, and Medicaid planning )
• Previous attorney experience in Medicaid desired; Probate a plus.
• Experience in drafting estate planning documents would be a plus
• Tech-savvy
• Utmost professionalism
• Ohio Bar License and 1-5 years’ experience.
• Drive and ambition

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting with clients about their Medicaid Planning, Nursing Home Planning, and estate planning goals.
• Working on Probate matters
• Drafting legal documents in estate planning and probate
• Collaborating with other attorneys
• Delegating to paralegals effectively

Some limited travel within the area to satellite offices may be necessary.
