A respected law firm in Mary Esther, Florida, is seeking an experienced attorney for a dynamic hybrid position (remote and in-office).

The law firm provides robust technology to support remote work, including a firm-issued laptop. Our dedicated administrative team manages phone calls, scheduling, and case/conference coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing law. You will collaborate closely with skilled paralegals on case files.

The ideal attorney candidate will have 5–10+ years of civil litigation experience and the proven ability to manage cases independently. While our senior attorneys are available for strategic support and client management, you will be fully integrated into our collaborative firm culture—even in a hybrid setting.

Requirements

Business development is not required—just produce quality work, bill professional hours, and keep cases moving efficiently.

The position focuses primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants must have courtroom experience and be comfortable presenting cases independently before a judge.

Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is required.

Compensation

Part-time is defined as 800 billed hours per year, while 1,500 billed hours is considered full-time. Flexible arrangements are available within this range.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and billing rate.
