Mary Beth Monzingo is the visionary founder of Monzingo | Legal Recruiting, established in 2013. With over 30 years of expertise in the legal industry, Mary Beth brings a law firm background that includes roles as legal administrator, marketing director, human resources director, and executive-level legal operations inside boutique firms to AM Law-ranked, enabling her to deeply understand the unique hiring needs of law firms and empower legal industry candidates to advance their careers.

As an active member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants, Mary Beth upholds the highest ethical standards in her field. Additionally, she is a Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services. She is in the Founder’s Circle of Ms. Esquire and a member of the Law Practice Division of the American Bar Association.

We begin by speaking with our law firm client to determine the specifics of the position and all requirements. We discuss salary and benefits for the potential employee, as well as the Firm’s culture, so we understand what it means to work for the Firm and can market your story.

Next, we draw on our industry knowledge and access the tools we’ve spent decades building: advanced recruiting software automation, AI, our extensive database and network of contacts, referral sources, legal associations, promotion, and confidential candidates.

We meticulously develop a comprehensive candidate profile that showcases unique strengths and qualifications. This profile includes a summary, resume, cover letter, academic transcripts, writing samples, professional references, and any additional materials requested. By assembling these elements with care, we ensure that every candidate is presented specifically for your hiring need.

Based on our law firm client’s candidate-submission feedback, we recognize that time is of the essence and promptly facilitate the interview process, assist with offer negotiations, handle start-date logistics, and follow through to ensure all parties benefit from a successful start. We stay in touch with our candidates, hiring partners, and managers throughout our guarantee period and beyond.
