Our Process Works for You

The first and most important step in our process is getting to know you and your firm’s needs. We take the opportunity to discuss the position specifics including salary, benefits, responsibilities and daily tasks. By reviewing these specifics, we can identify the basic skills, talents and credentials an individual would need to meet the requirements of the positions, but we also take the time to understand your law firm's culture. While it’s important a candidate meets the technical requirements, finding a candidate who will fit into the environment of your firm is imperative to ensure they perform to your highest expectations.

With this information in tow, Monzingo Legal Recruiting utilizes every resource we have to offer to find the best candidates. With our advanced recruiting software, extensive databases and network of candidates, we can identify ideal candidates. We create candidate profiles with CVs, resumes, transcripts, writing samples and other documents so you can select the candidates that appeal to you.

Our job doesn’t stop there. We work with you from the start of the search to the candidate’s first day of employment with your law firm. We coordinate interviews, assist with offer negotiations and help with the logistics of the candidate’s start with your company or law firm. Then, Monzingo stays in touch with you during the guarantee period.
