Associate Attorney

Our client in Naples, Florida, seeks an Associate Attorney with strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills and experience or interest in areas such as real estate, land use, environmental, and/or local government law. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and Florida Bar license required in good standing.

The Associate Attorney will have experience working directly with clients on legal matters including:

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, such as zoning applications
• Providing strategic counsel to clients on legal matters
• Managing assigned cases and ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Representing clients in hearings and legal proceedings
• Collaborating with attorneys and staff
• Meeting with clients and serving their legal needs
