Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and support for trials and arbitrations.
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong skills in discovery, depositions, and drafting complex motions.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Superior academic credentials and a team-oriented mindset.
• Licensed in Texas

Compensation

$235,000 annually
