This attorney position is onsite at their Bradenton, Florida, location. A Florida Bar license and community association attorney experience are required.

Responsibilities

As a Community Association Law attorney, you will review and analyze community association governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate documents. With partner mentorship and collaboration with other attorneys in multiple practice areas, this role is perfect for growth and advancement.

Compensation and Benefits

Attorneys enjoy a friendly, competent staff in a lovely location and professional office environment in a coastal town. The compensation starts at $70,000+ annually, depending on experience, plus a bonus, comprehensive employee benefits package, and a retirement plan. Minimum billable hours are reasonably set at 1,500 annually.
