A respected law firm in Mary Esther, Florida, is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its well-established practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong civil litigation skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a willingness to learn through mentorship from senior attorneys. No business development is required—just focus on delivering high-quality work, billing professional hours, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. This role centers primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants should have (or be willing to develop) courtroom experience or be comfortable handling court hearings. An active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

· Represent clients in court hearings and trials

· Provide legal advice and counsel to clients

· Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies

Qualifications

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

· Active membership in The Florida Bar

· 1-5+ years of experience as a Florida attorney 

· Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate is a plus

· Strong research and writing skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
