ABOUT THE POSITION

As an attorney in the firm’s local government and land use group, you will serve as counsel to a wide variety of local government entities, including municipal, school district, community development districts, recreation districts and inter-local government agencies. In their land use practice, attorneys represent individuals, developers, builders, retail stores, non-profit organizations and other businesses. You would also advise private clients in all aspects of the entitlement permitting and development process, including rezoning, special permits, and variances.

Local Government Law attorney experience in Florida is required. Land Use & Zoning Law experience is a plus.
