Law firm client near Trumbull, Connecticut (Fairfield County) seeks a full-time Paralegal with 5+ years of complex litigation experience to support multiple attorneys. The successful paralegal must be able to work in a fast-paced environment prioritize conflicting needs, handling legal matters proactively and expeditiously, and following through on projects to successful completion under tight deadlines. Responsibilities

• Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
• Manage complex litigation files
• Prepare pleadings
• Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
• Manage large amounts of documents and document productions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal in complex litigation
• Multiple jurisdictional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
• Experience working with large case litigation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
• Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, technical ability, as well as oral and written communication skills

Compensation

$65,000 – 75,000+ annually, depending on experience, skills and background. Benefits package, PTO, retirement plan, and more.
