Law firm in Sarasota, Florida, seeks real estate closer/paralegal for its busy law practice.

We’re looking for an experienced real estate title closer/paralegal who can handle residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to post-closing.

Experience with the Firm’s software platforms is a plus – i.e., Qualia, CertifID (to verify wire-instructions), Simplifile (to pay county recording fees), and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel).

We’ll need someone who can operate independently. The Firm has other attorneys and closers for guidance (as needed); but is looking for somebody who can (for the most part) operate independently.
