A national law firm with offices in Naples, Florida, is seeking a senior associate or of counsel with 3+ years of experience handling insurance coverage issues, litigating complex insurance claims, analyzing, drafting insurance policy language, and providing insurance coverage opinions.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and current admission to The Florida Bar, in good standing
• Significant State or Federal court litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and motions practice
• High intelligence, problem solving abilities and creativity
• Personal responsibility, strong work ethic and commitment to firm’s clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a highly collaborative team environment onsite
• Strong organization, time management, project management, and matter management skills
• Firm clients are located nationally. Travel would be required for litigation work.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary based on experience:  $145K to $175K base salary, plus bonus
