A law firm in East Haven, Connecticut, seeks full-time attorney with over 5 years of experience. This role is essential to our high-performing legal team, which prides itself on collaboration to deliver exceptional service to clients and help them achieve the best possible resolutions for their legal matters.

As an Attorney with this firm, you will have the opportunity to become part of an exceptional team, work with accomplished, well-respected attorneys, interact meaningfully with clients, and fully participate in all phases of service to those clients, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess skills in commercial and residential real estate, including drafting documents and negotiating complex matters relating to real estate transactions, land use, mortgage financing, leasing, business law, including purchase and sales of businesses, entity formation, complex contract review and preparation, zoning, drafting legal motions and other documents for court, attend court hearings and handle litigation matters.
