Well-established Naples law firm seeks a litigation paralegal with knowledge of family law and trusts and estates litigation. Estate Planning and real estate a plus. Must be experienced in Florida litigation, E-filing and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities – Litigation Paralegal

• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Prepare discovery, including interrogatories, disclosure statements, and requests for production.
• E-filing pleadings with Collier County court and surrounding counties.
• Manage case files and deadlines, including appointments, court dates, hearings, depositions and mediations.
• Trial preparation, including trial notebooks; assist at trials.

Requirements – Litigation Paralegal

• Florida paralegal experience in litigation, 3+ years.
• Family Law and Trusts and Estates background preferred.
• More than three years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate a plus.
• Must be professional and organized with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
