Draft Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Charitable Trusts, GRAT’s, QPRT’s, Family Limited Partnership Agreements.

Qualifications

LL.M. in Taxation

Florida Bar license

Experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as experience with estate administration, business succession, charitable planning, and taxation issues. Also, some experience in reviewing estate, inheritance and gift tax returns is helpful.
